A former garden nursery developed by us. Planning consent was achieved on this site outside the settlement boundary against the recommendation of Mendip District Council planning Officers. Here we carried out detailed analysis of the impact this brownfield site's development would have on its landscape setting. This analysis was so powerful that it convinced the planning committee to grant approval to our proposals despite the recommendation for refusal.
